Plant Machinery

At our training centre, located in Buckinghamshire, we have the equipment and facilities to be able to train your employees on the correct operation of plant machinery. We can deliver a variety of courses, including full novice courses for beginners and NPORS test only basis for experienced candidates. NPORS is now one of the leading accreditations and recognition bodies working across the construction and events industry.

As well as providing this training at our Buckinghamshire site and our partner companies Plymouth site, subject to meeting regulations and requirements, we may be able to provide testing and training on your own premises.

Our experienced trainers will offer both training and guidance to all candidates, ensuring they have the confidence and ability to be successful on the NPORS test. Courses are delivered through classroom-based tutorials and practical training.

Course Descriptions

Experience Course Description
EWT For those who are experienced, they would attend an EWT (Experienced Worker Test). Completing this will make the successful candidate viable for an NPORS card.
Novice Designed to provide effective basic operator training for those who are required to operate plant and machinery as part of their normal work duties.
Experienced This course is designed for delegates who have the experience of operating a forklift truck and use them on a regular basis but have not received any formal training
Refresher Provision of effective basic operator refresher training for those who have already received adequate formal basic operator training and who are appropriately certificated to operate the machine type.
Conversion This course is provided for operators wishing to convert from one truck type to another.
